Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@cozacollective.com. Please include your order number in your request.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed since your order may already be in processing. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item after delivery following the guidelines below.

How to Start a Return

2. Prepare Your Package
Securely repackage your item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
3. Ship Your Return
Follow the return instructions provided via email. We recommend using the suggested carrier for a smooth process.

Exchanges

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If the package is confirmed lost, we will either:
